Why won't my phone synch back to outlook???

My phone is updated with information throughout the day from outlook, but
when i update my phone it doesnt seem to work correctly. Maybe what I'm
asking for is not possible: If I send an email from my phone, then synch my
phone, will those sent message show up in my Outlook?

What type of phone, how does it sync with outlook and what type of email
account do you have configured on the phone? Unless you use Exchange server
or an IMAP account, it probably won't sync sent items.
