Every now and then (I can't discern a pattern), Outlook 2003 decides to
prevent an outgoing e-mail from being transmitted. When I look in the Outbox
under the "From" column, it has "None" instead of my name. I can get around
the problem by clicking "Forward" and then "Send", but even though the e-mail
does get sent, it does NOT show up in the Sent Mail folder, and I still have
to deleted the one marked from "None" from the outbox.
