Why won't outlook send out reply email?

Why won't outlook send out reply email every time? Sometimes it does,
sometimes it doesn't. Especially with replys.

Care to be any less vague? State your Outlook version, your account type,
and a complete description of the symptoms, including what you're doing to
elicit them.
