Why won't some of my text print on the template?

I downloaded a template (Blue Gradient Theme), and the text at the top of the
page, over the gradient, will not show up when I print. How can I fix this?

Perhaps the Print background is not on. Try Tools, Options, Print, and
"Include with document" tick boxes.
