why won't sr-1a recognize office 2000 cd in d: drive?

Perplexed

I go through all the steps but when it is time to have the installer find
data.msi it just can't find it. I have tried inserting and removing the
office 2000 cd but no luck!

one used for original installation, SR1a may not recognise the CD.
