Outlook upgrade from Outlook Express

I loaded Microsoft Office Professional Edition onto my computer. I have been
using Outlook Express for my e-mail. Outlook recognized and imported
everything from Outlook Express. But when it tries to link to my ISP, I just
keep getting asked to confirm my sign-on id & password. I am never able to
link up. HELP!!!!
