I have Outlook 2003. I went to control panel, sounds, new email notification
and chose many different sounds but I still get this ugly buzz noise. Why
won't it change to the sounds I choose? I also am sure click on "apply"
before exiting. I try re-booting .Nothing seems to change it. Thanks.
