why won't this form work

I failed at designing a database that allows a single form to enter/edit confirmations. One Confirmation will have one CUSTOMER with one of many ORDERS which in turn has one CARRIER going to many SHIPPERS w/details and many RECEIVERS w/details(different details from shippers). I have created Tables for the above Capitalized sujects and details, also, I have created a form (based on ORDERS, w/dropdown combo boxes-CUSTOMERS & CARRIERS) The ORDERS Form has 2 Subforms (detailShipper & detailReceiver) both detail-Subforms have either a Shipper or Receiver subform respectively. I did 1>Many from customers & carriers to orders. 1>Many from orders to shipperdetails & receiverdetails. 1>Many from shipper & receiver to shipperdetails and receiverdetails. It does not work. Please help!!! Especially if you were thinking duuhh, when you read the part about it doesn't work.
