Why would my PC crash when printing?

When printing one single PowerPoint 2000 slide, which includes a chart, my
computer and the computers of 2 co-workers crashed. We tried several printers
with the same result. I also copied the slide and pasted it as an image in a
Word doc. but when I tried to print it, my PC shut down again. Any idea why
this would happen? The slide isn't terribly large but does have several text
boxes in it. Still, it shouldn't crash anyone's PC. I'm ready to call an
exorcist.

Yes, I tried to copy it into Word and it also crashed my PC. Other slides
within the same presentation did print without a problem. They were all
similar in nature - other charts, etc.

Bizarre. You might try ungrouping that chart (on a copy of the presentation)
and see if that helps with the printing.
