Why would Office 2007 need Office 2003 SP3?

Hi,
I just got my new Vista laptop with Office 2007. I started
downloading more than 3Gig of hotfixes and patches. One of the ones I
noticed was Office 2003 SP3. Should I download SP3 for 2003 although I
don't have it on my new laptop?

Not sure why Windows Update is recommending to me this 2003 SP...

Please advice.
