Wierd: print toolbar button crashes program

This is a bizarre problem. Whenever I pass the cursor over the print button
on any Outlook toolbar, the program freezes and I have to crash it with the
Task Manager. I don't have to click on the button; just pass the cursor
over it. When I do, the button lites up and the program freezes. Any
thoughts on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I tore out half
my hair before I finally figured out what was happening. THANKS.

See if turning off tooltips helps, View > Toolbars > Customize > Options >
