Wildcard Search Problem

I know this has been asked before but I can not find an answer so please
forgive me. I am trying to do a wildcard search. In my document I have
entries such as [NAME] and I am trying to select the text from the open
bracket to the end bracket. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

\[[!\[\]]@\]

I'm assuming none of your bracets are nested.
