I have a report that looks like this:

Yes
2 134 Joe Accident $17.35

2 134 Bill Accident $158.46
2 134 Rambo Accident $208.51
2 134 Ruppert Accident $750.59

I would like the report to look like this:

UID Seq Date Person Restriction Data Impact Message Reimb
2 134 17-Jul-06 Bob Driving Accident $729.00 Yes
Yes
Joe $17.35
Rex
$8.42
Adam $47.62
Jane
$17.93
William
$64.22
Robert
$233.02
Bill
$158.46
Rambo
$208.51
Ruppert
$750.59

Is this possible with a subform?

Any help would be apprecated. Thank you.

As far as I can see, all you need to do is set the "Hide Duplicates"
property of 3 textboxes (UID, SEQ and Data) to Yes.
No need for a subform.
