Will "Filezilla" upload Publisher files ?

I posted this question the other day but I don't think it went through, so
here goes, again.

Before getting a new laptop, and a wireless broadband modem, I used to
upload the Publisher files to my website, using dial-up but, as the modem
will not upload the files I now need to get them onto the site some other
way. Some people told me that "Filezilla" will do the job but, being an "old
fart", I am not confident to try it for fear of failure. Please, will this
program do the job and how do I go about it ?

FileZilla is an excellent ftp that will upload your website files quickly
and effortlessly.
The most current version is 3.3.2 and can be downloaded from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla/
