Will installing Office 2007 Pro wipe out OneNote 2003

I am looking to purchase Office 2007 Pro which does not have OneNote. i
currently have and use extensively OneNote 2003. Does anyone know if I
install Office 2007 Pro will it wipe out my OneNote 2003?

The installation of O2007 will only upgrade / replace components it
contains, since it doesnt contain OneNote that will remain
