I realized that there is a "stupid" incompatibility between Outlook contacts
and BCM contacts.
BCM can NOT hold a picture so one have to first make a contact in Outlook
with picture, duplicating contacts in order to have a picture of the
contact.
Although it IS POSSIBLE to drag an Outlook contact (with picture) into BCM
(BCM then rejecting the picture via a warning window), but doing so have
created starnge behaviours like suddenly getting all inbox messages in the
history of the account or the "Add Account button" to the left of the
account line becoming inoperable untill you reboot the PC again.
So, please MS. Get a placeholder for picture so we avoid duplicating
thousands of contacts just to have a picture handy...
