Will MSOutlook be able to delete IMAP mail as it does other email.

Will MS Outlook (all versions) be able to delete IMAP, and other types of
e-mail's as it does now with the standard (pop3) type e-mails?

As in go to the deleted items folder? The answer is no. Outlook strikes
out the message and keeps in the folder that you see it in. Messages are
not removed until selecting Edit | Purge Deleted Messages.
