Will my current folders, emails, and contacts be saved with upgrad

I had a trial version of Outlook 2003 when I purchased a new computer. To my
dismay, just as I got used to the wonderful new Office products, the trial
version ran out. I was given the option to upgrade automatically via the
internet. Due to download complications of some sort, I did NOT get the
upgrade, but lost EVERY email and contact I had accumulated in Outlook. Will
this happen when I upgrade?

If you have existing data in a version of Outlook, upgrading Outlook to a
newer version will preserve that data. To be safe, you can always make a
copy of yout PST.
