Will my existing licenses transfer?

Situation:
I own 15 licenses to Groove 3.0.
I use them with consulting clients, enabling them for specific users during a project, and disabling them when the project concludes.

Questions:
1) Will my existing licenses convert to Groove 2007? If so, what is the
mechanism?
2) Is there functionality for me to maintain a revolving active user set? It
has proven successful in getting several large organizations to become users.
Feel free to contact me.

Dear A.Drefahl,

For your first question:
Up to now, we can use Groove 2007 by your Groove3.0 license as usual.

For your second question:
We will have Groove 2007 Service which will be worked as Groove hosted
service for Groove 3.1 or any older version.

We will also have Groove 2007 Manager which will be worked as Groove
Enterprise Management server for Groove 3.1 or any older version.

I've tried to purchase more licenses. The link reponds that it is broken
and the store is "closed". Is this information still valid?
