Will not read $0.00

help, trying to sum the tax field, works ok unless the tax is 0 then it will
not read $0.00 it is just blank
Have the default value to 0
Code is...
=(Sum(Nz([SalesTax])))

Do you have a format specified for the textbox?

You might also try

=(Sum(Nz([SalesTax], 0)))
