will office 2000 run in windows xp?

I am currently running office 2000 in windows 2000, I am buying windows xp,
will Office 2000 work on XP or will I have to buy Office 2003?

I have it running on two machines, one with XP Pro and the other with XP
Home and it works just fine.

I have XP and windows 2000 but when I plug into my usb with my digital
camera to download pictures the message insert Office 2000 disc 2 appears.
Can anybody advise as no disc 2 came with XP or Office upgrade
