will office install over the free trial and keep existing files?

I plan on buying Office 2007 from the student website. In the mean time if I
use the free trial will I have any problems downloading the software over the
top of the trial when it arrives?

You must uninstall the trial and any activation assistant, and reboot the
computer before installing your paid for version. Data files will remain
untouched.
