will office95 run on windows xp

I going to buy a new computer and have office 95, will it run or do i have
to upgrade

If that version of Office came with an older computer you can't run it an
another system. And Office 95 does not qualify for an upgrade. You will need
a full version of Office 2003.

I have Publisher 95 on a XP system, runs good without having to use the
compatibility feature. I'd give it a try.

I've installed Office 95 on Windows XP so yes, it will run. Note you
do NOT want to use Compatibility Mode - it doesn't run correctly if
you use it.

it works.. you might want to download an update
that lets office 95 open office 97 and 2000 files
