will outlook 200 sp-3 work with onenotes

I'm using Outlook 2000 SP-3, I just loaded Onenotes 2003 and can not get any
of the Outlook fuction to work. What do I need to do to make it work?

Upgrade it to Outlook 2003. (Sorry, it's required for the integration to
work)
