Not sure what you mean. Project 2007? No. Can you save 2007 docs to
the project workspaces? yes.
Can you integrate Outlook 2007 with Project Server 2003?

Not sure, but I doubt it. In my opinion, the outlook features of
Project Server 2003 aren't worth writing home about.

The installer will work fine if you have the appropriate permissions.
You will need to follow some special steps for Analysis Services.
Search on Project Server 2003 SQL 2005, and I think you'll find the
instructions quickly enough.
