Will upgrade pro-edition office 2003 work ?

I have Office 97 std. ed. (academic). Can I use upgrade ed. for office pro
2003 ?
I don't want to open the tray pack if the upgrade wont work..Help! Need to
use access for class project :(

Yes, Office 97 academic version is a qualifying product for the upgrade.

Thanks Milly, was itching to either rip the pkg open or return it for the
regular ed.
