Will XP Office load and run in Windows 2000 Professional?

I would like to run XP Office in my PC. However I am
running Windows 2000 as the OS. Will XP Office
Professional run sucessful with this OS? If there are
problems, what are they?

Office XP runs fine on Windows 2000.
