WIN 32 SERVICES ERROR MESSAGE

when I start up my computer I keep getting an annoying mesage "to help
protect your computer, windows has closed this program: Generic Host Process
for Win 32 Services" I close close message, then the send/no send to
Microsoft message keeps coming up and the process repeats itself 10 times
before it goes away. Needless to say it is driving me crazy

Really? Gee, that's too bad. Now, did you have a question regarding
Microsoft Office? I also suggest you replace your keyboard as the shift key
and some punctuation keys don't appear to be functioning.
