Win98 SE: using accent character?

How do I publish a file with a spanish 'accent' character
over the 'o' in the spanish word 'Ordenacion'? I use
FP2k and publish from my PC to a Server with Front
Page Server Extensions.

Several Article titles are in Spanish and use the 'accent'
character over an i or an o. Is it possible to get this to
publish correctly from my PC to the Server web?

If someone has time, I'd sure like any info they might
want to pass along.
