Window -> Arrange All

Can someone please tell me the main purpose for the option "Arrange All"
under Window on the Menu Bar?

I've used PPT for years and never even noticed "Arrange All." Now I'm
teaching PPT and have to explain that function. "Arrange All" is used in our
textbook but there's no explanation for why we should use it. We're only
working on one slide at a time. I teach senior citizens, and they're confused
by how the screen changes when we select "Arrange All." Help ...

If you have multiple ppt files opening, arrange all will basically show all
the files at one glance. This means that if you have lets say four ppt files
opened, you will be able to see/edit the four ppt files without the need to
swtich to another window.
