Window Constantly Redraws

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Our CEO's Entourage 2008 is constantly redrawing the Entourage window. Not sure if this is a symptom of a corrupt database, or if it's too big (his database is at 15GB!) Has anyone heard or experienced this issue? Thanks!
