Window Media - Embedded video

I have a link to .wmv file on a page in my site where the link directly opens
a video about the organization. The video was viewing inside IE along with
pop-up that the organization doesn't want. I took the suggestion of one of
the groups subscribers and using the WMP addin built a new page with the
video in it. My question is “ is there a way to add a “start stop and pauseâ€
button to the page that will control the embedded video on the page.
