window must now restart because the RPC service terminated unexpectedly

I have a Win XP/Office XP user have problem when
connecting to the LAN and the error message is "window
must now restart because the remote procedure call
service terminated unexpectedly" and then the system
restart in one minute. Any idea with this and appreciate
for any help.
