Window size & Auto refresh

I have created a table and set it to 50%. I want to set
the size of the window the same size as that of the
table. As the table is small i dont want the extra white
space to be visible.

I also want to auto refresh the window every x seconds as
the data in the table is dynamic and changes frequently.

Any suggestion would be appreciated

First I would set the table to a fixed width instead of 50%
so that it remains a fixed size regardless of browser resolution.;
Second. I would use Spawn from jimcoaddins to open
the "window" to a fixed size equal to the table.

Then I would place a meta refresh tag in the head of the page.
<META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="10;
URL=http://www.yoursite.com/yourpage.htm">
tells the browser to reload http://www.yoursite.com/yourpage.htm every 10
seconds
