Window System hang when I closed Excel after used

When I try to close Excel after used, the whole window system hang and no
response.
Therefore, I try Ctrl+alt+del but now system showing system resources are
seriously insufficient.
There are no such problems when I close access and word.

I have deleted the microsoft office and reinstall but it is the same
situation.

Would appreciated if anyone can help me in this matter.
