Windows 2007 with Vista

I need help! When I try to use outlook or excel in office 2007 with vista
home basic i keep getting an error 1706. it says the error then no vaild
source could be found for product business contact manager for outlook 2007
sp2. the windows installer cannot continue.
How can I fix this?

Which Office 2007 edition (Standard, Professional, etc.) do you have?
