Windows 7 cannot register winhttp.dll

I have an appliction running on Windows 7, and it need to register
winhttp.dll during operation. Now i got the error below and don't know how
to fix.

The module "C:\windows\system32\winhttp.dll" was loaded but the entry-point
DllRegisterServer was not found

I have a similar problem. Did you solve it in the meantime, because I have no clue what to do.? I have win 7 ultimate

Can not register winhttp.dll
