Windows 7 canot print files from word

i just upgrated to windows 7
i can print things from the internet.
it even printed the test page.
but i canot print documents from word.

Delete and reinstall the printer driver setting it as the Windows Default
printer, first making sure that you have the latest Win7 version of the
driver.
