I bought a new computer from Staples. It has Vista on it. I was told to come here to recieve my Windows 7. I am a little old lady who does not know much about computers,so any help you can give me will be appreciated

Who told you to go to EggHead Cafe for Windows 7? They were wrong. I would
suggest you get the help of someone more computer-literate and read the
documentation that came with your computer. Somewhere in there is the
information for how to get Win7.
