Windows 98 + Outlook 2000

Hi,
I have a windows98 + OL2000 installed on a computer,

Somehow, when i close the OL, it hangs on the "exiting outllok" windows.

there is nothing i can do except killing the mapi32 + outlook processes.

does anyone has an idea?
