Windows Accessability features

Some times when I am contemplating I hold down buttons or keys, then suddenly
the Accessability tools pop-up. Navigator starts talking. Forms with options
open across the screen. Not everyone needs accessability tools to be active.
How can I disable that entire "feature" set? I have tried to uninstall the
accessability options from Windows, but it doesn't work.

I'm not going to change the way that I work. I pause, hum, stare, while I
think and I don't want to be surprised with Jack-in-the-box required actions.

Thanks.

This is MS Office group, if you are having difficulties with your
