Windows Acct login failure

I have 2 project server 2003 sp1 installations that will
not allow one user to log in via their Windows Domain
Account. I am able to log in to the administrator
account from their workstation. Strangely, they do not
have this issue with a third project server 2003 sp1
installation. No one else is having this problem.

So far, I have delete all cookies and objects and ensured
that the sites are in the trusted zone within IE 6. The
only common link between this user and these servers is
the publishing of FrontPage 2003 SharePoint custom sites
to both of these servers.

I'm stumped and would appreciate any insight
