Windows Admin Rights Requirement?

As we all know, Admin rights are require in order to download and
install the ActiveX controls required for PWA, etc. Once those
ActiveX controls are downloaded and installed, is there a need for the
EPM user to continue to have Admin rights in order to use the apps
(client and PWA)?

We have a training room with Workstations 1-14. Each has its own user/
password and each user has Admin rights. But there is a concern that
Admin rights coupled with the fact that everyone knows the (shared)
password in the training room, it might pose a security issue.

We have gone through, logged on as the user at each workstation and
pre-downloaded the ActiveX controls. If we now removed the Admin
rights for the user, will they still be able to use EPM without
problems?

Please advise.

No, once the controls are installed, there is no requirement for admin rights.
The activex controls can be packaged and pushed to users without the users
having admin rights, but that would require work by your system admins to
build that package.
