Windows always configures Outlook

Hi,

Every time I open Outlook 2003, it asks to "wait while Windows configures
Outlook".

I tried to repair, reinstall or uninstall it, and even the whole Office
2003, but always the "Installation ended prematurely because of an error".

How can I fix it?
