Windows Authentication

While using Mixed Mode Authentication if a user is set to
Windows Authentication on Project Server. The user gets
the Project Server logon screen. How can this problem be
resolved?
Should I set the Project Server to use only Windows
Authentication? What effect will it have on the
Administrator account?

If you set to use only Windows Authntication only and your administrator
account is a Project User account, then you won' be able to login using
the administrator account anymore.
