windows auto scrolling to the bottom of the page?

Has anyone else had the problem where all open windows scroll to the bottom
of the page and cannot be dragged up again using the scroll bar? Only
solution is to reboot. This happens to me quite often.

McAfee up to date.

Mouse problem? Not likely an Office issue as it is a hardware one.
Suggest you try a different mouse.
