Windows cannot open this file Dialog Box

Hello,

Through My Computer if you try to opne a file where the extension is not
registered with a program to open it, you get this Msgbox to then choose from
a list.

Is their a way through VBA Code to bring this up & work with it, etc.

I know the Windows common Dialog box can with API calls. What can be done
with this one ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
