"windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer"

On a Xerox Phaser 6280DN, running IE7 and Office 2007 AND Office 2010 beta,
I receive this error when trying to print from Word and similar messages when
trying to print from other Office applications.

I can, however, print from other applications, like Adobe, etc.

Please advise.

If you mean you are using Windows 7, there is an updated driver on the Xerox web
site
