windows cant open outlook

After the last update from windows Nov 11 2009 when I try to read email an
error that reads cannot start Microsoft office outlook. Cannot open the
outlook window appears

Try starting Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
