Every time I open Microsoft Outlook 2003, I get an error message
stating, " Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
2003". It's an error box that keeps popping up repeatedly. It does not stop
whether you click cancel or no. Every time you open Outlook this happen and
this happens in a database program as wrell. I have reinstallled the Office
2003 software before because I thought that would solve the problem.
